Receive Authorization
Wait for our team to review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with the return shipping address.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the product in its original packaging including all cables, keycaps, and manuals, then ship it using a trackable mail service.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item for damages, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
